I got this quiz in my e-mail from some person I didn't know. I usually delete these sort ov things (I get quite a few ov these, plus ads suggesting I should enlarge my penis, buy real estate, and send multiple copys ov sappy e-mails out to annoy others, plus even stranger things I won't speak ov here), but I decided it's a lazy Sunday, I'll do this one and post it on my diary (which Asrael encouraged, and since she wrote such a cool 'Deth Metal Anthem', I'll take her suggestion). Puppet-666 is doing it, too (maybe I should send it out to everyone on my favs list, see who'll actually do it). Anyway, on the subject, I found possibly the dumbest survey I've ever seen here at Diaryland. It's called Hollywoodland, and it's so stupid everyone should go take it (if you can without stabbing a pencil into your eye like I did- yes, I have to wear a patch, now. Arr, matey... "You go in the cage... Cage goes in the water... Shark's in the water..."). O.k. I'll shut up now- here's survey:

1) What do you think of the impending war with Iraq?

~Ohhh, man, I think I've said enough on that. Uhhh- there's so many countries that pose a threat, why Iraq in paticular? If you want to, you can research this and find out why. It's for personal gain and political games. Never believe the mass media- go look at alternative media sources not indebted to and ran by the same companies our government is indebted to and run by. They pull the strings.

2) Could you live without a computer?

~Well, I did for quite some time. I just got one October ov 2001. But, now it would be hard. What's hapened to meeee?!!!

3) How many people are on your buddy list?

~just ten (and I think at least one has blocked me)

4) Do you watch much t.v.? What do you like to watch (fav shows)?

~Not a lot (especially now that I don't have cable!). I mostly watch cartoons- 'Courage the Cowardly Dog', 'Invader Zim', 'The Simpsons', 'Futurama', etc. That and 'Mystery Science Theater 3000' reruns. I used to watch 'The X-Files' a lot. Ummmm... 'Who's Line is It Anyway' sometimes, 'Buffy' every once in awhile, various stupid sit coms like 'The Drew Carey Show' and 'Everybody Loves Raymond' if I'm not doing anything else and they're on. But I really don't even turn it on much.

5) What is your favorite fruit?

~Grapes and watermelon.

6) What band or solo artist writes the worst lyrics you've heard?

~Oh man, that takes in a lot ov stupid lyrics. It's really close- all those teeny pop bands are horrible, but if you're talking about stuff that's not supposed to be disposable crap- bands who've actually been around awhile and still have a following, I guess it would be Van Halen. Their lyrics are so stupid if you pay attention to them you can feel your synapses shutting down.

~'30 Days of Night', 'Dork Tower', 'Y the Last Man', ummm... used to like 'X-Men' a lot. 'Preacher' and 'Sandman' were awesome, but not being made any more.

~Industrial, dark/ intense metal, punk, hardcore, goth, a little indie rock and alternative

~I'd say Conflict - "The Ungovernable Force" is the best ever, but Black Flag - "Nervous Breakdown", Dayglo Abortions - "Feed Us a Fetus", The Crucifucks - "The Crucifucks", Fang - "Land Shark", God, there's so many, I'm forgetting a ton ov them. The Exploited - "Totally Exploited", the first Screeching Weasel and Suicidal Tendencies (the self titled ones), shit- anything snotty and rebelious. Mostly older stuff (I haven't heard much good, snotty punk in awhile, tho' I do like a lot ov new bands)

~don't really like Rancid

47) What's the best Bad Religion song?

~you mean album or song? Album would be 'Against the Grain' (not including the 'Best of's), song would be "The Positive Aspects of Negative Thinking", I guess (I'm not a huge Bad Religion fan either)

~Uhhh, it's 2/2/3- hmmm. Today is the annaversary ov Donald Pleasance's death (Doctor Sam "I shot him six times!!" Loomis from the Halloween movies, among a ton ov other roles)

~perhaps my sense ov humor

~well, I'm really neither. I'm definitely not a follower, I just do what I want (but I'm not a leader because most people don't want to follow what I do!)
